An online chat service will aim to help clients get legal advice online in real time. O & A Associates PLLC have launched the online service Legal Talk.

Legal Help Chat is our online live chat service that can help you with general legal information and advice.We can arrange appointments, give specific legal advice or answer questions through Legal Help Chat. If staff are available, a chat window will appear at the bottom of our website between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday.

This is a new service and we are testing the best way to make it effective. This means that sometimes we will temporarily turn the service off, so people don’t wait in a long queue. The chat function will be open when we are confident we can answer enquiries in a timely way.
